Welcome to our website.  I, The Dolly Lammy, and our team are here to explain the benefits of Conscious Breathing.  At the centre of this technique is the Diaphragm. 

We will show you what it is, where it is, how it works and why it is very important for you to consciously activate it.   

We teach a powerful way of breathing where you consciously focus on "breathing" in and out from your belly and gut. 

This will enable you to HEAL yourself in a simple way and lead you to experience increased physical prowess, emotional stability, mental agility and spiritual awakening moment to moment.  It also shifts your mind from the brain (keeping you locked up with your ego) into your gut (center of your feelings and intelligence).  The resulting enhanced energy of love ultimately increases love for yourself, the most important first step in experiencing love for others.

We Rarely Think About Our Diaphragm


Since our first breath, we may have never consciously thought about our diaphragm.  It has autonomically been keeping us alive by activating the lungs to inhale and exhale our entire lives.  Quite extraordinary when you think about it!      


In fact, all other parts of our bodies would not function more than two or three minutes without the diaphragm performing its amazing function.

It is located right in the centre of our body pumping our lungs and massaging our heart and intestines with each contraction (if fully activated).   But most of us never learn to do this.

It also stimulates our phrenic nervous system which balances energies that might trigger the fight or flight response from the vagus and sympathetic nervous systems before it reaches the brain.

Most of us have sadly locked up our diaphragms from past conditioning.  However, we have a simple solution for this problem by . .
